We have a fully-equipped laboratory in which we undertake all support tests for the investigation and development of new products, in addition to all the quality control processes for each part, process and finished yarn. Laboratory procedures are carried out following a control plan which determines testing frequency with respect to the function of the article being produced. The laboratory carries out testing procedures continually, seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day.

An information management system provides storage facilities and facilitates the monitoring of all the information generated by our laboratory apparatus. Our IMS allows us to select files by products, section, by machine or by batch, and we can analyse the evolution of the various parameters as a tool for control and continual improvement.
